We have a strict 100 person capacity. For weddings, this includes the wedding party. This restriction is for the safety of your guests.

What is our capacity?

How do we book our event?
All rentals (events and weddings) include rectangle tables, white chairs and table cloths. We take care of table setup and cleaning table cloths.

What does rental my rental include?
A two hour event is a three hour rental to account for setup time. If you need additional time for your event or setup time, we charge by the hour.

Is the rental for event time only?
Who is responsible for cleanup after an event?

At the end of your wedding or event, we ask that you collect the items you brought. Then help us with collecting the trash. After that, we ask that you leave tables, chairs and table cloths in place for us.
Can I cancel an event?

Yes. The terms for cancellation are covered in our rental agreement.
Yes. But we ask that you let us know who they are.

Can you use your own vendors?
Is your facility ADA/Handicapped accessible?

The Sanctuary is fully accessible from our handicapped parking area. We also have two ADA-compliant bathrooms.
